Michael Aizenstadt, Chairman of the Board

 

Michael has been in the mortgage business since 1983, originally starting his career as a loan officer for Northeastern Mortgage Company:  eventually becoming Vice President of the company, overseeing 4 branches in MA before leaving to start Mortgage Corp East in May of 1988.   Michael currently resides in Hull with his wife Patti, they have 3 children.  Michael is a longstanding member and contributor to the Jimmy Fund Golf Program, actively serving in several capacities since 1987.  Originally from Weymouth, Michael is a graduate of Weymouth North High School and Southeastern Massachusetts University with a degree in accounting.  In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and especially his true passion, baseball.

 

Peter Boretti, President

 

Peter has been with Mortgage Corp East since 1997. In addition to being responsible for the financial reporting of the company, he also oversees the processing and closing functions of the loans. Peter received his accounting degree from Babson College. He was a captain of his Hull High School basketball team and was a member of Babson’s basketball team. He was elected to the Hull High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012. He resides in Hull with his wife Sheri and their 2 children Samantha and Nick. Peter volunteers extensively in the town of Hull through various organizations. He has held numerous board of director positions in the various organizations, coached numerous youth programs and high school basketball, held a position on the committee to celebrate the 375th anniversary of the Town of Hull; and is Treasurer of the Hull Lions Club

 

Andrew Aizenstadt, Sr. Vice President/Loan Officer

 

Andrew graduated from Babson College in 2011 as the Student Athlete of the Year with a Business degree specializing in Accounting.  After Babson, Andrew continued his baseball career by playing in the Philadelphia farm system as well as with several other organizations around the world.  Following his playing career, Andrew returned home to the South Shore to join the Mortgage Corp East team in 2015.  Along with being responsible for processing and underwriting for the company, Andrew has also been a licensed Loan Officer since 2017.  Andrew uses his vast knowledge of the industry and a team-oriented focus to help coach borrowers through the financing process into their dream home. 

 

Marc Doucette, Sr. Loan Officer

 

Marc has been with Mortgage Corp East since 1991.  Marc has achieved tremendous success in the mortgage industry due to his unparalleled work ethic and vast knowledge of the industry regarding available products for his clients. 

Originally from Braintree, Marc resides in Hanover with his wife Laurie, their children Trevor and Jillian and their 2 dogs.  Marc is a graduate of Braintree High School and Curry College, where he was a member of the men’s ice hockey team.  Marc enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the beach in Marshfield, Fishing and supporting the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots.

Kevin Richardson, Vice President of Sales

Having witnessed the mortgage industry’s evolution over the past two decades, I possess a unique perspective on market trends, interest rate fluctuations, and regulatory and product changes. This insight allows me to offer strategic advice that helps clients make well-informed decisions about their mortgages. Whether they are first time homebuyers or experienced investors, my clients benefit from my in-depth understanding of the market dynamics that impact their financial choices.

Taylor Walsh, Loan Officer

 

Taylor joined Mortgage Corp East in the fall of 2021.

After graduating from Boston College, Taylor started her career as a buyer at The TJX Companies. She traveled around the world sourcing many different categories for the TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores, including beauty products, fitness accessories and jewelry. After 8 years as an off-price buyer, Taylor was eager to learn the mortgage business and immerse herself in local real estate.

Taylor’s experience in retail cultivated the foundation for many of the skills she brings to her clients and the mortgage process, such as strong communication, strategic planning and relationship building.  She finds that the most exciting part of this job is helping make her client's dreams of homeownership a reality. 

Originally from Norwell, Taylor now lives in Duxbury with her husband Joe, thier son Patrick and French Bulldog Jackson. In her free time, Taylor enjoys playing golf, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
